Commercial manager called me a liar twice! Told me one day that she wouldn’t emailMe again, then sent me an email the next day out of the blue! She wouldn’t let me prove it was group nexus that had lied. But I sent her it anyway. They are absolutely abhorrent and I recommend you never let your wheels touch their tarmac!
I’ve never recieved an apology for being called a liar twice even though I proved I was telling the truth! Disgraceful company

Fabulous experience in there today , great service in Costa very happy young people serving me and my family

Been on tibshelf service South to day and the staff as been excellent especially the lad called scott what did the cooking and my meal was really nice he cooked he needs to be reward for is outstanding work

Poor service, don't bother using these services unless you are prepared for disappointment. The Taunton Dean services South are not helpful and the manager doesn't have the ability to solve problems.

Had to park at annandale services, got charged to park when carrying an abnormal load on a movement order, usually never have to pay when carrying these, but got told either pay or don't park,

I have BlueLightCard card and it suggest 20%of food. She refused to give despite I had my NHS blue card , NHS smart card with photo and name and card I paid with had my name on it

We paid 13 pound cash in whsmiths to stay for the night as was going into Southampton early the next morning and had been a long day for us to be home 2wks and get a 60 pound parking charge come thro the post when we had already paid the 13 pound to some young lad in shop its disgusting so my rating is zero we will not be staying in any of your services again

Clackett Lane West bound: Toilets are appalling in both the services and the BP garage. The government should remove their license.

BP Garage: only one toilet has a lock, hand dryer broken, urine all over the seats. Dirty and smelly. Sort your disgusting faeces out BP and Roadchef !

Went to Sedgemoor roadchef at 1am after a concert in Bristol, just want to thank Sara for all of her help as some of us were a bit worse for wear. Thanks Sara

use these services if you want a thousand pounds worth of pothole damage to your car. and then have your complaint met by lies, no evidence and indirect threats. the pothole i hit was about 2 ft wide and half a foot deep. it was pitch black due to poor lighting but because i was in control of my car means it was my fault for not anticipating a huge crater to be in the middle of the road. when i went back the following day it wasnt just one crater, with a quick glance i counted at least 10. and a pathetic attempt to alert you to the potholes had been made by placing cones in them. now if no negligence is noted on Roadchef behalf then why fill them with traffic cones?

I went to roadchef m5 south. It took us a while to find a clean table. They were all filthy. There were cobwebs on the chairs and dust on the sides. The windows are very dirty and look like they haven’t been cleaned in a long time. There were lots of bugs flying around us and going into our food whilst eating. I ordered from McDonald’s and they forgot some of my food. I will not be coming back here again.

i was sat outside eating my mcdonald’s happily until i seen a fat rat running under the table i was sat at, it’s absolutely disgusting how there is rats everywhere.

I arrived in the dark on the way back from a holiday. Had a couple of hours sleep in the car before going in and using the services and spending money in Costa etc. Just received a fine from one of those nasty private parking companies for £60 (or £100 if I don't pay within 14 days) for overstaying. I didn't see the signs because it was dark when I arrived and it didn't occur to me you'd have to pay to park over 2 hours. Was resting for safety reasons and there were loads of parking spaces available. Will never stop there again.
